Privacy Policy

CROWN Assistant is operated by Raevon Brown. This policy covers this website and the CROWN Assistant operational SMS pilot.

Information we collect

When you submit the notification consent form, we collect your name, mobile number, consent choice, the disclosure version, and a submission record. Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs to operate and protect the site. If you contact us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Once messaging is activated, the notification service also processes opt-out preferences, message contents, delivery status, and related service records. The initial pilot is limited to the proprietor; submitting a request does not automatically enroll a number.

How information is used

We use this information to review enrollment requests, verify eligibility and control of a phone number, record consent, provide requested operational notifications, honor opt-outs, respond to support requests, and troubleshoot delivery. We intend SMS notices to contain brief status updates; detailed task information remains in CROWN.

Service providers and sharing

We use Netlify to host the website and process consent-form submissions, Google Workspace to handle support email, and Twilio and telecommunications providers for SMS delivery when activated. These providers process information needed for their services. We may disclose information where legally required.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed to operate the service, document consent and withdrawals, resolve delivery or support issues, and meet applicable obligations. Access is limited to service administration and the providers involved in delivery. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Do not submit secrets or sensitive task contents through the enrollment form.

Your choices

SMS consent is optional. When messaging is active, reply STOP to stop notifications or HELP for assistance. You can also contact us to withdraw a pending request, request access to or correction of your information, or request deletion. Some records may need to be retained to honor opt-outs or meet applicable obligations.
